We take a results-driven approach, beginning with a 360-degree assessment to identify individual strengths and weaknesses. From this we create an objectives-based development plan. Plan goals are embedded into the executive’s daily work, and after six to nine months, another assessment is conducted to ensure data-driven measurement of progress.
